Khadcheri (Chenrezig) also known as Avalokitesvara is the most revered of all Bodhisattva, embodying the compassion of all Buddhas. He listens to the prayers of all sentient beings in times of challenge and difficulty."Chenrezig" is a sign of all the Buddha's sympathy. His name signifies "One Who Looks with an Unwavering Eye". His first two hands are pressed together at his heart. This indicates his vow to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to protect all sentient beings from suffering. The hands hold a wish-fulfilling jewel, which symbolizes his compassionate Bodhichitta. His other right-hand holds a crystal rosary symbolizing his ability to liberate beings from Samsara.
